If you live in the house and get maximum rent assistance of $284 a fortnight the that is $51,788.10 over 7 years. That is over 1/2 of  the price of the entire home?  You just will not get that anywhere. Leaving a nett cost to you all up of $48,161.90 plus outgoings like Council Rates, Insurance, any maintenance like lawn mowing repairs painting whatever. ( Depending on Property Price)
